Additional Support Services

Additional to preventive, corrective and adaptive services, our Application Maintenance Services can provide, depending on the level, additional support to our customers, including:

On-demand assistance directly related to the Payroll Manager’s or Payroll Administrator’s roles, in order to support non-routine tasks or more complex operations or unusual year-end operational issues (ex.: printing problems, employee with special calculation, data transmission issues, etc.)
Support to users in realization of reports requested to client by external auditors
Support to users in recurrent operational activities including coaching and analysis of specific situations
Support to users for analysis, identification and resolution of errors caused by misuse of application
Support to end users in realization of reports
