Research and develop technology solutions to meet client HR needs;
coordinate system operations with client business users, including development, maintenance, and enhancement of existing SAP Human Capital Management (ECC) module; develop blue-print & execute procedures and standards for business processes mapped to SAP HCM landscape;
requires in-depth understanding and practical application of SAP HCM configuration;
understand integration points within SAP and other systems to fully grasp impact of all proposed system changes;
manage projects in a senior role directing and delegating sub-projects to SAP Consultants and support multiple SAP modules & non SAP applications;
min. 7 yrs of progressive experience in SAP configurations;
min. 5 yrs experience in a senior role;
B.S. in Computer Science/Engineering.
