This position requires SAP HCM implementation experience in general and SAP E-Recruiting, SAP LSO or Qualification Management experience in particular. The position will be responsible for typical SAP implementation project activities, including requirements gathering, business process design, support for security consultants and reporting specialists, blueprinting, implementation, unit testing and integration test support. As a senior position it will furthermore be expected to provide leadership and mentorship on projects to less experienced consultants and to interact with customer representatives on a technical, subject matter expert and project management level.
Advisory & Leadership
Develop road maps and perform feasibility and readiness studies for SAP E-Recruiting, Learning Solution/Enterprise Learning , Qualification Management and Talent Development implementations
Act as team lead on implementations when required
Develop SAP E-Recruiting, Learning Solution/Enterprise Learning, Qualifications Management and Talent Development solutions on implementations, including configuration, reporting, interface, conversion, forms, workflow and customer enhancement solutions
Develop blueprint documentation templates, solution design templates and other accelerators as part of Avenue HR value proposition
Business Process & Business Rule Design
Develop business process and rule designs for SAP E-recruiting, Learning Solution/Enterprise Learning, Qualification Management and Talent Development implementations
Implementation, Testing & Go-Live Support
Implement and unit test SAP E-Recruiting, Learning Solution/Enterprise Learning, Qualification Management and Talent Development
Provide support for end-to-end testing, cutover, go-live and stabilization phases
This position requires possession of a Bachelors degree or equivalent.
