We are seeking functional payroll consultants for a variety of projects. You must be a self starter and have the ability to deliver quality configuration within brief timelines. You must be well versed in the full gross to net payroll calculation configuration as well as schemas and rules, posting to accounting, and Off-cycles. The most successful candidates will also understand the underlying legal requirements.

Assist client in the collection of design requirements
Design and deliver high quality solutions via system configuration that meet overall business requirements.
Understand how applications support business processes and apply this knowledge to solve defined business problems.
Work with team members to facilitate successful integration between modules
Clearly document system configuration and business processes
Effectively transfer knowledge to the customer for on-going support
Develop and manage project plans for your area
Understand customer needs and quantify appropriate actions
Participate in user functional specification creation
Design, document, and implement unit, integration, and parallel test plans
Must have 3-5 years of in-depth SAP Payroll experience including 3 full life-cycle implementations
Team player; always working towards win/win relationships
Self guided person able to work in a changing environment
Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making ability
Able to communicate effectively with team members and customers, both written and verbal.
Demonstrates configuration mastery of the different areas of payroll including but not limited to basic pay, wage types, deductions, and taxes.
Demonstrates proficiency (can write rules to cover simple scenarios) with payroll schemas and rules required
Ability to read/write ABAP
Experience leading and managing teams
Ability to mentor other consultants on the team
Ability to speak and write in French
BS or equivalent combination of education and experience a must
